Booking Tickets
Tickets can be booked only by the online booking system, using credit or debit cards where tickets for performances carry a ticket price. Should you have difficulty in making a booking, please contact the Box Office on boxoffice@alleyns.org.uk or telephone 0208 557 1541
Collecting Tickets
Tickets can either be collected from the venue on the night of performance or sent out by first class post (if time permits). This will incur a £1 postage charge. Regretfully, we are unable to refund money or exchange tickets.
Concessions
Unless otherwise stated on publicity for individual shows, the Michael Croft Theatre offers concessionary rates for Over-60s and students in full time education. Proof of status (e.g. student card) may be required by box office staff.
School Productions
Certain School Productions may only be booked by parents of current pupils at the School.
